Arctic riders .....

very exciting and spectacular sport : Motorcross above the arctic circle.

Shooting was during a race at the Malmfältens Motocross Track

Here one of the youngest arctic rider, guess not older than 5 years.

Very, very impressive what his little boys are already able to show !

And here his service team ... 

sure that this motorcrosscircle do not belong to this man ... 

but who really know ?

Real air devils ...

Not muddy and wet enough for some real splatter pictures

but good enough to show that this tough guy are

really fighting hard

very brave jumps ... nothing for old lazy guys

Hard struggles, no mercy but respect for each other.

Only one can win and 

he did it !

And he as well.

Great feeling to get the flag first !

Then the big guys ....

The start ... heart beats stronger and 

adrenaline shoots into the body ...

Nothing is for free ...

the riders have to work and fight hard ...

for the success.

But to be successful ...

you need - beside talent and brave -

the will to train harder than others ...

and  if you also carry the winner GENE inside you 

the chance is given that

you can become a big player 

in the circus of Motorsports

Fear is no option here ....

Maybe he is the coming star ,

maybe he has the talent and gene which is needed,

maybe he is right now dreaming about the ....

Hot summer fishing ....

The summer was fantastic, no doubt. For some people maybe to warm, but this is crying on a high level. The surface water temperature has reached up to 22 degrees in the mountain lakes. That's for lakes above the polar circle- fed with snow-, glacier-  and rainwater - a pretty high temperature. Perfect to enjoy life in the lap of mother nature ...

Fishing, camping, beach life and BBQ ... even 100 km above the arctic circle it is sometimes something possible, what many do not expect.

A great sand beach ...

... extraordinary sunsets ...

and successful fishing

even for the real predators

like eagles

and the high effective hunting seagulls.

in all areas of the Scandinavia.

Like here in Sweden with warm nights beside the fireplace ...

... and hot days with some delusions .... due to the heat or too much beer ...

or 

in Norway close by the world biggest 

... tidal current ...

( Its not only very freaky - but also very creepy ... )

Shoes ? who need shoes when the temp is close to 30 degrees 

A summer with flowers grew out of the water

and seagulls, taking a shower.

And sometimes, when a beautiful summer day has finished 

you could join a first row theatre performance.

 Thunderstorm and 

and many impressive lightning at the beach edge.

Even during lighting and thunder in the night the brave guys gave never up and fished further on ...

and the birds do not became tired to fill their stomachs with more tasty fish ...

before the bleak cold, the darkness, snow and ice will cover the land above the arctic circle 

once again ...

and a lot of people and animals eagerly wait again for next ... 

HOT SUMMER ...

... with some fresh and very calm water ...
